The survey consists of very simple to answer multiple choice or yes/no questions.

Should you fail to answer a question adequately, you are simply requested to go back to it.

The survey goes into significant detail, evaluating all aspects of the users working environment, with images to assist the user where necessary.

Additional media is also used to help the user understand and learn about their current equipment as the questionnaire is completed.

Once the survey is completed, all answers are evaluated and given a rating according to the seriousness of the issue raised.

Each issue is then examined, with a solution given. The user then tells the survey whether they have taken this advice onboard.
